Main Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Qualify leads and assess their potential to become customers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities and track progress in CRM systems.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of air freight services.
  • Customize sales proposals and quotations based on customer requirements and market conditions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to secure profitable business agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines and company policies.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to deepen relationships and identify opportunities for customer satisfaction improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the product’s services, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Additional languages may be advantageous.
  • Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
